Got
married and moved from West Bengal to Andhra Pradesh (not Telangana at that
time!) - very happening place - Hyderabad - to join another organisation. Total
change - bachelor to married, company campus in a small town to multi-storey
apartment in a fast developing city. Ample opportunities to develop & grow
the business and take decisions independently. This was a great learning to
take decisions independently. Also good exposure to systematic and professional
working. Though
I was the only North Indian person in the whole organisation which had multi
linguistic people from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Kerala, but was
never given that feeling. This was the time when I fell in love with South
India and the culture there !
